Inappropriate Behavior and Actions

Laurel Massage Studio has a ZERO tolerance for sexual or violent dialogue, actions and behavior.

Any ads or information suggesting otherwise are false and fraudulent!

Any sexually inappropriate dialogue, questions or actions will immediately end your massage appointment. You will be blocked from being able to enter Laurel Massage Studio, you will be blocked from booking any future appointments and any information the Studio has (name, number, address) will be given to Racine, Kenosha & Milwaukee County authorities for attempted soliciting! This included calls, emails & text messages to the business.

Any violent dialogue and behavior will also be reported and acted on in the same way.

When to arrive for your appointment

Arrive between 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Coming earlier the door maybe be locked if I'm with a client or out of the room working on laundry.

No Shows/Cancellations

No show means you didn't show for your appointment & you didn't contact the service provider to inform them you wouldn't be able to make it. You will be charged about a 50% fee to the card you booked with online.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.

To avoid no-show and cancellation fee cancel appointment 24 hour before.

After 2 no shows you will be required to put 50% down on any future appointments.

After 20 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment with no contact the appointment is considered a no show. The business does not call you.

Debit/Credit Card for Booking Appointments

All new clients are required to book appointments online and put a debit or credit card to secure your appointment. This card will not be shared. This card will not be charged unless the appointment is no showed or cancelled less than 24 hour before the appointment time. A 50% fee will be charged in that case. If you'd like to save your card for charge at the time of service; when booking online you can choose the option to save your card for future appointments by selecting 'I authorize Laurel Massage Studio to save this card on file for future purchases'. Otherwise, the card is not saved for the service charge. See no show above for more information on no show fees.

Multiple Cancellations

Three or more cancellations of the same rescheduled appointment will result in you permanently being unable to book your appointment online. You will have to call (262)705-5308 to book any future appointments and you will also be required to put down 50% of your appointment that WILL NOT be refunded back to you if you cancel or no show.

2 Hour Massage Cancellations

Due to a large amount of cancellations and the service price being high 2 Hour appointments must be cancelled 48 hours or more before appointment time or you’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Eyelash Extension Cancellations

Eyelash extension full sets need to be canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment. Eyelash extension fills and eyelash extension removal needs to be canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.
Failing to do so will result in about a 50% cancellation fee from the credit or debit card you used to book the appointment online.

No Refunds

Laurel Massage Studio will not offer future refunds on massage services, massage packages, all lash extension services, no show fees or gift certificates.
