It has been some time since I last hosted a charity event or fundraiser through Laurel Massage Studio. Following the disappointing results of my previous fundraiser, I reevaluated my approach to upholding Laurel Massage Studio’s core value of charity. Since establishing Laurel Massage Studio in 2019, I have sought to utilize this opportunity to serve others through faith and charity. Upon conducting research, I discovered that other businesses often solicit additional donations from customers, which are subsequently claimed as tax deductions without diminishing their profit margins. I aspired to implement a different strategy. Starting July 2025, I allocated a predetermined percentage from every card transaction processed by Laurel Massage Studio. These funds will be donated to charitable organizations, including local food banks, pregnancy centers, foster care facilities, and Baby Box. Every six months, these funds will be disbursed and donated accordingly, with updates provided to all clients through Laurel Massage Studio's Facebook page. Thank you for your continued support, and I hope to fulfill the mission of Laurel Massage Studio.
