Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the focused pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. Focus is put on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding bones, muscles and joints).

CBD oil massage does not differ in style from Swedish or deep tissue strokes. During the entirety of the massage the therapist will use CBD oil. CBD oil is great for relaxation and chronic muscle pain.
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone Massage uses Swedish & deep tissue techniques with the added benefit of hot stones to help soft in and relieve tension from the muscles. This helps therapist work into the muscle layers.
All Hot Stone appointments must be booked after 10:30AM due to the fact the stones take at least 2 hours to heat up. Any attempt to book a hot stone appointment earlier in the day will be denied.
